T. Siva Reddy

Mr. Siva Reddy looks after IPR matters of the firm and attends the hearings before the Trademark offices and IPAB. He is instrumental in prosecution and following up office actions and he looks after opposition and rectification hearings. He also attends the courts and argues IPR and other matters before various courts.

B.A., LL.M

Prosecution of all IP related matters with IP offices, taking up office actions and attending the show cause and opposition hearings.
