Sami Sutar

Mr. Sami holds law graduation from Pune University and also holds Bachelor of Science degree. He deals with IP prosecution and litigation and his zeal to learn, hard work and commitment are his driving forces. Mr. Sami interacts with the clients and maintains the counsel, client relations.

B.S.C, LL.B

Areas of Practice:

Prosecution of all IP related matters with IP offices, taking up office actions and attending the show cause and opposition hearings.

Areas of Interest:

Litigation of IPR matters in various courts.
