S.M Saifullah

Mr. S.M Saifullah is a Senior Associate and represents the Firm in High Court of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He has vast experience in Intellectual Property laws, Constitutional matters, Criminal Law, Revenue Laws, Family Laws and Maritime Laws. He has considerable experience in drafting and vetting of commercial and real estate contracts.

He regularly appears before the High Courts, District Courts (both civil and criminal), National Consumer Disputes and Redressal Commission, New Delhi, Trademark Registry at Chennai. He has also worked in matters related to Intellectual Property Law involving trademark, copyright and patent disputes.
